    Thank you for your reply.

This issue is present in both the desktop and web client, the issue has followed this user through a machine rebuild and to a different laptop

The CPU consumption is no higher than users on the same laptop model that are not having this issue

The machine is running Windows 10 Build 19044 – I will get this updated but other users are on the same build on the same laptop SKU with no issues

This issue was occurring with 30MBPs up and down

This issue has followed the user across two laptop models that other users are running Teams on without issues

Are there any other update/suggestion on this?

We have several users with Teams hanging, pausing, re-connecting. They're all on newish HP laptops and J5 Create docks. Same in WebApp, it hangs. We've updated dock software doesn't change anything. We've uninstalled dock software and uninstalled DisplayLink software doesn't fix. We've found that switching the users to WiFi by disabling ethernet adapter improves some, but not all. Our network guy has ruled out network issues, Teams traffic is prioritised. We've started updating machines to Win11 as we deploy new devices and a user that has a new Win11 machine is experiencing the same issue. Uninstalling Teams and re-installing has not fixed. Zoom for the most part does not appear to suffer similar issues on the same machines same network.
