Since 1January2015, both German nationals and foreign workers sent across borders to Germany have been entitled to be paid not less than a minimum wage unless provisions of the Posted Workers Act and/or the Act on the Provision of Temporary Workers take precedence. From 1January2024, the minimum wage will be at least 12.41euros gross per hour.
