oboloo Glossary
Logistic and logistical, though related, have different meanings. Logistic is an adjective that refers to the process of planning, organizing and managing the transportation, storage and delivery of goods. On the other hand, logistical is an adverb which refers to the use of logistic principles in a particular circ*mstance or operation. Put simply, logistics is the focus on the bigger picture or broader view of how something needs to be done, while logistical refers to specific details or features within that framework. As such, both terms are important components of successful business operations.
