    The H Titles are one of the masterpieces of SEO because are the ones to give structure to your page when the logarithm of Google comes.     When you are writing a blog try to always put in the H1:- Numbers that symbolize an important metric of the topic- A hook- The title has between 55- 70 characters

This will help people to remember the topic and not feel overwhelmed when they read the page. You have to give the sensation you are ending the topic, not getting expanded it, because makes the reader feel you don't know what you are talking about, and the blog never ends.Note: This recommendation is for general blogs. Blogs that are written for and to experts are the other way.

Generally, I wouldn’t recommend using headers beyond an h4.
