How to find. Dustia in game. Dustia appears in the Dalmasca Westersand the Corridor of Sand when at least one party member has less than 10% of their max HP remaining.

Fideliant has a 20% chance of spawning every time the player moves into the Midfault zone of the Dalmasca Westersand. It will spawn near the middle of the map, by the fault. Similar to Dustia, Fideliant can be used to level grind early as it gives large amounts of EXP.

You can farm a few chests in the Estersand for Phoenix Downs, and you can buy them at Nalbina once Penelo leaves after the Sunstone quest.

In Mission 9-6-6, player will come face to face with the end-game boss, Minerva. Successful steals from Minerva instantly nets Zack x99 Phoenix Downs, making this the most efficient method available when farming for Phoenix Downs.

Do you mean the item phoenix down, or the summon materia phoenix? The item phoenix down can only be obtained through chests, drops, and steals (you cant buy them). The summon materia is found in Nibelheim.
