How long does it take for Twitch support to respond? ›

We usually respond within 24 hours, usually faster but holidays or volume of tickets were receiving may extend our response times.

Many Twitch channel subscriptions are recurring monthly charges that will be billed in advance for the following month. On the checkout page for a subscription, you'll be provided with information about the price and its renewal frequency.

A Subscription allows a viewer to pay a minimum of $4.99 per month to support your channel, either on a recurring or one-time basis. Subscribers (subs) get access to your emotes and other benefits you can define.

Once you have filed a report, you will be presented with an option to block the account you've reported. You will also receive an email confirming your report was received. If you don't see this email, make sure to check your Spam folder. Each report received is sent to a member of our moderation team for review.

We keep a record of past violations, and multiple suspensions over time can lead to an indefinite suspension. For the most serious offenses, we will immediately and indefinitely suspend your account.

Appeals Eligibility

From here, if you believe you did not violate our Community Guidelines, or if you believe we enforced against your account incorrectly, you can appeal your enforcement for up to 6 months following the enforcement. There is no waiting period required to submit appeals of this type.

There are many possible reasons why you can't send messages in Twitch chat at any given time: You are not logged in to Twitch. You are banned or timed out. The streamer has follower-only, subscriber-only or emote-only chat activated.

Once you start bringing in revenue, Twitch pays out every 15 days, via methods like direct deposit and PayPal—typically, as long as there is more than $50 in your account. If you want to be paid by wire transfer, you'll have to wait until you've earned $100 to receive a payout.

We may refund transactions that we determine were made without the user's authorization, and take appropriate action against the originating account of the unauthorized transaction(s).

A rejected payment generally means we were unable to complete and confirm a payout transaction. The most common cause is incorrect or changed payout information. We retry failed payouts at the end of each month.

How much are 1,000 gifted subs on Twitch? At a minimum, 1,000 gifted subs would cost $4,990USD plus whatever applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. On the upper end, you're looking at $24,990USD+taxes for an equal number of Tier 3 gifted subs.

You must wait at least 6 months from the date you were indefinitely suspended before requesting reinstatement. If you have previously requested reinstatement and were denied, you must wait 6 months before reapplying.

The process can take longer if there are past convictions that need to be investigated more thoroughly. When completing the application process at the TWIC office, if you specify that you would like to pick up your TWIC in person, you will receive it much faster!

How long do Twitch chat bans last? It may be that you've only been issued a warning, in which case you can continue using Twitch chat without restriction. However, temporary suspensions can be anything from one to 30 days. The most serious offenses can result in an indefinite suspension.
