I am not used to cooking with ground turkey, so I was very pleased at how good this was. I also used the whole egg instead of the egg white. I served it with potato salad and pickles. My family really enjoyed this, so I will be making it again.

This was a very good recipe and the ricotta cheese made the burger very moist. The Dijon mustard added the right amount of flavor necessary where I did not need to add anything else. I will make this again for sure!!!!

First time we'd used ground turkey & we'll fix it again. Actually added jalapenos to the onions for a little spunk & served on halved boullios for a Mexican twist.

The combination of the turkey with the onions was great.. However I felt that the turkey itself had almost no flavor & came out dry. My husband loved them, I liked them... we'll try again & next time I'll have to do a little something to make the patties have more flavor.

Loved these turkey burgers! The ricotta made the burgers nice and moist- just be careful to cook long enough that it's cooked through but not overcooked. Mine had plenty of flavor but I do find a major difference in taste when using a different dijon mustard; pick one with a flavor you love! Perfect with a side salad.

It was a good starter recipe, but needed more flavor.

Needed a bit more flavor, and we're not sure if the ricotta cheese actually helped with texture, but it has potential. We would definitely add salt and pepper into the mix.

This is a decent open-faced sandwich, but it's not going to replace a patty melt if that's what you're craving. It's a little on the dry side. I served them with baked french fries and carrot sticks.

These are super yummy and go very well with a salad. Even my 12 year old loved them! Great recipe and much more cost effective than beef.

Made this for dinner, very tasty. Easy to make added a little more Worcestershire and whole egg instead of just white.

My boyfriend and I both liked this recipe. It was a good compromise because he loves hamburgers and I do not. I followed the recipe exactly and had no problems. I paired this with Cooking Light's baked zucchini chips. It was a fun meal.

The recipe was great ...We all love the Turkey Patty Melt recipe....What I didn't like watching the Video and whatching the cook, making the Patty Melts after pulling up her jacket sleeves and brushing her hair back without washing her hands...Very Nasty..

I made these last night and they were a hit with everyone, even a teenager! I made spicy baked sweet potato fries as a side.

I have made this several times now and my husband loves it! I make it exactly as written except we leave out the bread and just eat it as a patty with a side of sweet potato fries and a salad or green vegetable...Excellent recipe! For those who think it is too bland, just sprinkle with a little seasoned salt or seasoning of your choice...

I thought this recipe was very good. Did a couple things to change it up. Carmelized the onion, used entire egg vs. egg white, used italian bread crumbs instead of ricotta, added a sliced tomato and used horseradish cheddar instead of swiss. Very good for a week night easy meal. My husband liked it too.

Very disappointing. Very bland even after kicking it up a notch. Will not make again.

This recipe is very easy. I made it for my mother and i so i cut the recipe in half. I replaced the swiss cheese with low-fat feta. All the flavors mixed so well together. Will def. make again!

I made this for my husband tonight. He was diagnosed with high cholesterol and i am looking for interesting low fat recipes for him. He liked it. Would like me to add garlic and/or salt to the meat though for more flavor. He love the onions on top. This will become a regular recipe.
