Legendary Dwellers can be obtained via Cards found in Lunchboxes you unlock. These Dwellers will start at a high level and have 40 SPECIAL stat points distributed between all of their stats. Legendary Dwellers come equipped with an Outfit and/or a Weapon, which you can also equip onto other Dwellers within your Vault.

As far as getting the legendary dwellers, it is entirely possible to have them show up at your vault door. The chances are incredibly slim, and hard numbers on chance are difficult to come by, but 3 merged radio rooms fully upgraded and staffed with high charisma dwellers will increase the odds.

Legendary dwellers arrive wearing a legendary outfit and a rare weapon. Rare and legendary dwellers keep their outfit when entering the vault, rather than immediately switching to a vault suit. There are 23 legendary dwellers to collect.

One will see the "Hanging out with the family" message when they meet in the living rooms. Uncles, cousins and nieces can mate, as can aunts and nephews. A couple of max level (50) dwellers with max stats (10) can produce legendary children starting with 40 randomly assigned SPECIAL points.

If you breed 2 maximum level (level 50) dwellers who also have a maxed out SPECIAL (all stats are equal to or greater than 10). Even at the maximum requirements, you still only have a 7% chance to obtain a legendary and a 13% chance to obtain a rare.

Parents' total SPECIAL must be 134 or higher to have a chance at a legendary child. Parents' total SPECIAL must be 122 or higher to have a chance at a rare child. Two fully maxed out parents (SPECIAL 140) will have a ~6.6% chance of producing a legendary child, and a ~13.3% chance of producing a rare child.

If you breed together two high-level Dwellers, their child will be born with a boosted level. To get the most out of your Vault, try encouraging Dwellers with particularly high stats to have a baby with each other.

Upgrade Cost. Upgrading the Weapon Workshop will allow you to craft better weapons. The 1st upgrade requires 45 Dwellers in your vault and unlocks rare weapon crafting. The 2nd upgrade requires 75 Dwellers in your vault and unlocks legendary weapon crafting.

Fallout 4 does not have a level cap; ^{[Non-game 1]} however, the game crashes upon leveling past 65,535. Fallout 76: 32,767; however, additional SPECIAL points cease to be received after level 50, capping a player character's total number of SPECIAL points at 56. Fallout Shelter: 50 for each dweller.

Should I put dwellers in the storage room? ›

The storage room requires 12 dwellers to be unlocked. Despite being marked as an Endurance room, having an Endurance-oriented dweller assigned to this room appears to have no effect on the room's function. It does make that dweller happy, though that dweller will not gain levels while assigned to the storage room.

They are attracted by Radio signals and the Door opening. According to the Fallout Wiki, Deathclaws start attacking your Vault when you've reached 60 dwellers, or 35 dwellers on Survival mode. The chances of an attack increase as you open your Vault's door, or having an active Radio Room.

According to in-game information, deathclaws are more likely to attack the vault if the vault doors are opened, immediately after sending dwellers to the wasteland or on quests and if there is a radio station broadcasting out to the wasteland. Like all of the other ensounters, they are random.

There is no end.

Making babies is important since it allows you to increase your vault's population in a surefire manner. Additionally, you can use it as a means of getting more dwellers that have desirable traits. It's important to remember though that having too many babies can also be bad for your vault.

If any rooms are not powered, he will not appear, even when the sound effect occurs. He can spawn at anytime, appears with a smoke poof and leaves with one as well. He will spawn in intervals of at least 10 minutes.

In Fallout Shelter, the Mysterious Stranger will spawn in a random room or elevator within your Vault at timed intervals of at least ten minutes - as long as all rooms in your Vault are powered.

Luck also affects the chance of rush attempts succeeding. In the wasteland, it increases the chances of finding items when dwellers go out on quests and explore locations in the wasteland. The higher the Luck, the better the items. During quest combat, it increases the speed at which the critical hit meter fills.
