5-Ingredient Strawberry Mousse Recipe is my husband’s favorite summer dessert, even tho he doesn’t eat a lot of sweets. Strawberry jello and buttermilk combination gives this mousse a perfectly balanced flavor.

Ingredients YOU will need to make 5-Ingredient Strawberry Mousse Recipe:
- 6 oz pk. strawberry jello
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 16 oz cool whip
- raspberries for garnish
- mint for garnish (optional)

How to make Strawberry Mousse:
- In a mixing bowl, combine 6 oz of strawberry jello and 1 cup of hot water. Whisk until jello dissolves.
- To the same bowl add 2 cups of buttermilk, whisk.
- Add 16 oz. of cool whip, whisk until everything is combined.
- Pour into the cups or into a baking dish. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hour before serving, best over night.
- Garnish with raspberries and mint. Enjoy!
